TO DOWNLOAD A PRINTER DRIVER ON THE PC:   Click on the start button.   In the search, type in: \\vprintsrv02.   Select the printer that you want to use from the list provided.   The selected printer’s driver will then start to download.   (see figure 1)

ON A MAC, Command+Shift+4 enables you to make a snapshot of the current screen.
